To obtain a free trial license or activate a purchased license on a computer without an open internet connection, follow the activation instructions given previously, but select activation method as Indirect (using web browser) before clicking Activate.
Instructions for completing the activation process will be displayed (by Notepad) and can be printed, saved to a memory stick, or copied and used to send Lao Script for Windows the information needed to supply an Activation code. Go to any computer with an internet connection (such as at an internet cafe) and visit the website http://laoscript.net/activate/, or else email the information to us using our Contact Form.
Clicking Advanced activation settings at the top right corner of the main license activation dialog displays the following dialog:
allowing users to change proxy server settings and reset their saved license data.
Alternate addresses for the activation server web site and page can also be entered if so advised by Lao Script for Windows.
