need the extra capabilities of the Standard or Gold Editions, you do
not need to purchase a license. But in any case, be sure to request
and evaluate the licensed edition with a 30-day trial *before*

Important! Lao Script for Windows, Version 7 can only be used with
32-bit applications. If you need to enter or edit Lao with the 64-bit version
of Microsoft® Office or any other 64-bit applications, you must download and
install LaoScript 8.

are no longer included with the Lao Script for Windows installer, so are provided here.
This zip archive includes Chantabouli Lao, bold and/or italic
styles of Saysettha Lao, VangVieng 2000, etc., also ISO and LS-coded fonts.
(Note that bold and italic variants are generated automatically by
Windows for most applications, so separate fonts are not usually needed.) |
