Lao Script for Windows is distributed as shareware by downloading from this site.

Version 7 of Lao Script for Windows may be downloaded, installed and used for 30 days for evaluation, but you must purchase and activate a license to continue using the product after the end of the 30-day trial period. All functionality of the licensed version of Lao Script for Windows is supported during the trial period.

Purchasing Licenses in Lao PDR

If you live or work in Lao PDR, the latest version of the software should still be downloaded from this site, but a lower price may be available through a local dealer. Licenses may be purchased directly from one of the following dealers in Vientiane:

Licenses purchased from dealers in Lao PDR are intended for use in Lao PDR. Support by Lao Script for Windows for locally purchased licenses will only be provided through the dealers, not directly to end-users.

License Activation

After purchasing a license, you will receive your license number and password by email. Use the License Activation application (from the Start menu, the About Lao Script for Windows dialog, or the LaoKey shortcut menu) to activate your copy of Lao Script for Windows.

If you are unable to activate your license directly, you may use your browser to obtain a license activation code. Use the appropriate link in the sidebar of this page to obtain the license activation code for your Version 6 or Version 7 license.
