No.  Although the stickers are inexpensive, the cost of distributing them is too high.  The quality of stickers available locally in Vientiane is also very poor – they generally need replacing every year or so.

If you are only entering Lao from time to time,  consider using romanized input.  It is very easy for anyone familiar with the standard English keyboard layout to enter correctly-spelled Lao with this method, without having to learn the Lao typewriter conventions.  Refer to the Lao Help Menu for more details.
